They were all the rage (in my 3rd grade class, anyway) back in the early '80s. They were produced by Kidco and were a little hard to find. The police car pictured above became my "go to" law enforcement vehicle during my epic Hot Wheels/Matchbox car chase and almost caught my Ertl General Lee many times. The operative word here being "almost".
