Larkin Soap Company(sweet home soap)was the first company to give premiums (give aways) with their products.
At one time they used Stickley furniture as premiums.
The company build the Buffalo Pottery Co. in 1901 at Buffalo NY to make premiums, thus cutting out the middleman. These pitchers were made between 1905-1909. As you can see this piece is dated 1907 and measures 9"
tall
