This is a Mobile Pegasus weather vain. I got from an elderly friend that recently passed away. She was from Lubbok, Texas, and a major share holder in the mobile gas company. Her friend sent it to her when the gas stations closed. It is 23 inches across and 9 inches thru the body to head. It is made of heavy metal. I have not seen another one like it. The person who sent it to her said that it was on top of the local gas station their in Lubbock. Can anybody tell me the age? or value?

Good one. Have you ever seen one before? I am thinking of putting it on my boat house.
Me too! Very nice!
love it- my partner collects Pegasus - if you know of other items they might have for sale would love to know- sorry about your friend, but what a nice rememberence piece
that is soo cool! have you figured out how old it is? the lines on it make me think it is older than most pegasus items i see.
No I have not found an age for this. She also got one of the 9ft. Pegasus as the same time from the same gas station. That one I did not get. :(
