There was an interesting copyright issue with the use of the name "Casablanca" in the Marx movie. This is from "The Illustrated Story of Copyright" by Edward Samuels. Go to number 220:

I had all my kids hooked at a young age, and my middle one when he was in grade school was disturbing the class with whispering. The teacher addressed him to let him know he was being heard by saying, "Let's stop the whispering thank you " he smiled rattled his eyebrows, twiddled his invisible cigar and said, "No thank yah." Needless to say I got a call that day, entertained as the teacher was he got a detention. Now he does occasional stand up :)
