Here we have the smallest standing Steiff Cow named Bessie.
She is 12 cm, standing, and unjointed. She has full and perfect mohair; her body is tan with brown spots, and a few yellow highlights on her feet and forehead.
Bessie has fantastic detailing for her size. She has tiny curved felt horns, mohair ears backed in velvet, a peach velvet dewlap, and comical, black and white google eyes. She even has her original red leather collar and cow-bell. Overall, Bessie was manufactured in 12, 17, and 22 cm between 1958 and 1973.
