Julia Powell is a Fenton art glass artist and she does have a following of collectors. Think she is still working there. She paints every kind of art glass, vases, bowls, eggs, little glass hats. The items are valued about $15 to 40 dollars, so you did good. Being a female artist she has a pretty good following.
