Got this at a military garage sale and not sure what it is about? These military households bring back all kinds of fun stuff and then Uncle Sam transfers them out. After a few moves they prefer to travel light and sell off their treasures. This looked like a good dollar item? Now I need to find out who, what, when and where it comes from?
