Well this is my granddad's watch. On the face is "Buren" it's 21 jewled, adjusted. I believe it to be gold plated. The casing says Empress 10 yr Guarentee. It has beautiful etchings on it. Havig a hard time researching this watch as far as history goes. If anyone out there knows anything or who can refer me, I would really appreciate it! I do have a number printed on the inside.. # 755050 Thank you

Thank you..... Yes I have found out that much. I have already about the Buren Watch Co. vs Hamilton at the National Assocation of Watch and Clock. I still haven't been able to find anything like the one I have. My Granddad is from Canada.
I aquired a Buren pocket watch under the same circumstances and have found it easy to find information on the watches in general but hard to find my exact watch. I'm about to post mine in hopes of finding information but so far I could only guess early 1900s on yours and mine.
