I would encourage you to not call these "reproductions". Both of these cars are Linemar, which was a division of Marx from the early 1950's until 1963, with considerably less production between 1961 and 1963 - thus, they are at least 50 years old. The black one is the "Touring Car" and the burgundy one is the "Rolls Royce". The friction mechanism works perfectly!
