My dad worked as a plumber and was always bringing things home from peoples basements that they didn't want. I believe this is one of those items. I remember it hanging in our basement as a kid.
I have been told it is from the late 40's to early 50's
The pics make it look quite light from the flash and adjusting the pic. It's actually kind of dark and dingy.
