Found among other items in a box. Measures 2.5 inches long with the knife blade @ .75" and a bottle opener about the same as the knife blade.. The patent #2,779,098 is for a combined tool issued 1.29.1957. "Schmidt's Light Beer" is stamped on the front. Philadelphia was home to Schmidt's Brewery.
