This set is part of a store display. The set includes: Hat, bow tie, booklet and a box to store it all in. The booklet explains how to properly display and sell Pabst blue ribbon. I have no idea what year this is as there is no indication of a year anywhere on it. The best I can do is judge it by the pictures in the booklet and say around the 1960's. I bought this over 10 years ago and have never seen anything like it since. If anyone has a clue please feel free to let me know.
