This is one of the original 3 toys Kenner brought to market. This version was produced by Kenner in 1979. The 1978 version was a "Special Offer". This toy features a spring loaded suspension which simulates the floating ride of the movie version. In addition to seating for 2 action figures, there is a special release button to pop open the hood to the Turbo Reactor and storage area.

    is this the spring loaded wheels one . and another that buged me for years is why did they lay rtd2 down when there where little nipples there to put in the little holes on the bottom of his feet and if i remember u had to put the sticker on for thhe chrome bar in ffrront

    stonesfan1, yes, as I posted, this toy does have a spring loaded suspension which gives a tolerable simulation of the floating ride that was depicted in the Star Wars movie.
