My dad and I uncovered this behind a a paneled wall hanging in what was once a barber shop attached to our tavern in the mid 1970's. The room had been used for storage since the barber shop had closed in 1935. I found the company was a cigar manufacturer in Indiana. The spring loaded cutter still works. I would love to learn more about it.
