Found a casco cigarette lighter at a sale. Has a family crest on the front. On the bottom it says B'port Conn. Cosco. Looks to be silver- no tarnish. Pictures shows the lighter to be dull but it is not.

found one on e-bay very similar to yours, sold for $24.99. it didnt have a crest like yours. also had a different screw on bottom and was dated at 1930's
