I found this guy on Ebay. I call him "Chief" as he has a long head dress on his head and it goes down his back. Unfortunately, most of the feathers have long since broken off or fallen off. He has a wood carved head and bust, carved arms from the elbow down and carved legs from the knee down. The rest of his body is tightly stuffed with what feels like sawdust. His clothing is hand beaded from the designs on his jacket to the beads running down the side of his legs and all around the edges of his clothes. His hair is horse's hair, a beautiful brown with red highlights which stand out in the sunlight. He has a corduroy shirt with little coins for buttons. His necklace is made of different stones and I think a few of them may be Quahog shell. He sits on top of my curio cabinet in the living room and guards the place for me..haha. I have searched the internet and have had no luck at all finding out who may have made him, or even one like him and I am hoping someone will see him on here and will be able to tell me more about him. I know that the fringe on his jacket and pants are kind of over the top, but I like him just fine. I really would like to know who made him. Thanks to anyone that can help me.:)
