the maker is Royal Doulton...that's all I know so far!
Here is a site that should help. Based on the main hallmark it looks like 1902 to 1912 is when the piece was made. You will have to navigate the site to find the other info,

thanks for the link i spent hours looking through it i never realised so much beautiful pottery existed cheers
