Pictured is a German reindeer candy container made befor the outbreak of WW II. The figure is composition with wooden stick legs, and is hand painted. The reindeer stands 7" tall, has glass eyes, and the antlers are made of lead. The head comes off in order to get to the candy which is stored inside. Many pre war German Christmas items were destroyed due to anti German sentiment during the war.
