i received this oil lamp, and have no history on what the pictures represent on the burner it has " mantle lamp co of amreica , 1915 - 1916 aladdin , model no. 6 , chicago u.s.a. " any info would be appreciated

The lamp is a GWTW style.... Gone With the Wind. I don't know the maker of the lamp, but for sure, you know the maker of the burner... Aladdin. Aladdin burners are the best around. I'll have to do some research regarding the lamp.
