Definitely a neat item. I have discovered that all collectible items do not have to be expensive or in perfect condition. The items I pick up usually have something about them that draws my attention ! Sometimes it is a really nice item, and sometimes it might be something that looks like junk! Thanks for the post ! Thrifty Gypsy
Thanks T.G.!! Too many people think things have to be pristine to be collectible, when that's just not the case. I've had stuff that some people thought was trash and I've sold it for hundreds of dollars.. I generally like things that are visually appealing and interesting, and to me that is the name of the collecting game! LOL
I have found that to be exactly true ! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or in some cases, the buyer ! lol ! T.G.
Very true T.G., very true. Thanks again!
Why oh Why did you post a lunchbox, now I'll have to dig some of those out, lol. Nice new addition.
Hah!! Awesome! I'll look forward to seeing those, Kerry. And thanks for the Love! I've got my eye on a few lunch boxes at an antique store we frequent, hoping the seller realizes they are priced too high and I am able to catch them on sale. One is a Space Cadet (without thermos) and I can't remember the other. This mess all started with my '69 Hot Wheels Aladdin lunch box! LOL
Thanks officialfuel!!
Just sold one like it not long ago, I also tend to enjoy items with a little more wear with age, just gives it character and history.
Completely out of curiosity.... what did you get for the one you sold and how did it compare in condition? (if you don't mind me asking) LOL
Thank you vanskyock24!!
Thank you Hedge!!
I think the more beat up the better, it adds character to the item. I have this box and one side is faded. But its still a great box nonetheless. Thanks for posting.
Thank you Boxlunchkiller!!
Thank you for the love MMM!!
