Got the clock for very little, but the cord is totally gone.... It has
beautifully carved boats, and I liked it, so I bought it anyway...I wonder
if it is worth having repaired? I have not been able to find any information on this particular clock.

It's a beautiful clock. I love the carving, and it would look wonderful on a mantel or shelf. If it were mine, I'd definitely look into having it rewired & repaired.
