Diana is a particular Loetz decor, assigned by the Passau Museum to their Ciselé cabinets. Opaque blue/gray ground (pic. 2) covered in light green spots. This particular example is only 4.5" tall. With it, I take a break from Diana (until the next one comes along; Pic 3). The last picture shows a similar shape and size in Loetz Olympia. The same shape number applies to it.

Warning: the Loetz Decor catalog contains five thousand designs, many of which appear repeatedly according to the production year. That is a minute portion of the 80,000 designs known to exist. One must wander about the selection criteria, since some of the most available shapes and decors are not included neither in Ricke nor in Cantz, the two Loetz "bibles". So, if you find the shape you are looking for, you are lucky!

Great write up on this decor. I know you are also an expert in distinguishing the differences between the "Diana" decors produced by Loetz & Kralik. Other than shape I have difficulty trying to distinguish the differences in this decor by these two great glass houses. I am sure with your trained eye that you can probably describe these differences the best!
