I have this wonderful framed poster, I think it is original lithograph but I am not sure. The bottom says printed in France - by Mourlot. It is signed Mucha. If anyone could help me out with some information about this wonderful piece of art. Age, Authentic, Period, Value, Etc. Thank you very much.

You may have reproduction. It seems on cardboard not paper?

what that under the mucha ? does it say 90 as in 1990 i would assume

You would be wrong to make that assumption.

The dating was incorporated into Mucha's original signature on some pieces, so this represents "1890".

I don't have an opinion on authenticity.

I have one of these as well, it is not in mint condition as someone prior to me burnt the edges and placed it on a board and covered it with lacquer. It is exactly as yours however, just not in mint condition. I am convinced however it is an original not a copy as I bought this many years ago before my children, who are adults now were born. It is paper not cardboard as I had another one of these by mucha that was destroyed by my children and the lacquer was cracked leaving the paper open beneath. If yours is paper as well I would be willing to bet its an original marquee. At least I am hoping. Good luck with your search as I am curious to know the value of this item.

I have the same one as well, I know mine is a modern reproduction. Great image though!
