Both the turtles are unsigned but the one with the plain shell is well made and I think is possibly Trifari. The little owl is also unsigned but I think it is possibly a Takahashi? I did a little research and found a very similar one that is Takahashi. I also learned that not all Takahashi birds were signed, though the signed ones bring way higher prices then unsigned. Any ways thanks for looking.
