Hi your doll is called a Marotte . A Marotte is a prop stick or scepter with a carved head on it. The word is borrowed from the French, where it signifies either a fool's (literal) bauble, or a fad/craze
Watch one in action on link .

Your doll is a unglazed bisque or could be referred to as a parian type head . Lovely ! I would say circa early 1900 . I could tell more if you showed the whole doll and her stick to date her .
Thank you for sharing love her !!!!!!!!!!!
Will you add a full shot of her ?
How tall is she also ?
Can you look to see if she is marked behind head on neck ? She looks to be either a Kling or ABG German doll company head .
