I just found this in my grandfather's things. Haven't seen one like it anywhere. I'm almost positive that it is Woodrow Wilson. I think it's a rare collectible and would like to find out more about it. If anyone knows more about it, I'd love some feedback as I can't ask my grandfather :(.
