    I purchase most of my milk glass from estate sales and auctions. I was bitten by the collecting bug when I was given some of my grandmother's milkglass back in the 70's. Recently I have begun to collect milk glass cake stands.

      love your cake stand; the pattern is 'Teardrop' by Indiana Glass and first made in the 1950s. I collect cake stands too; mostly EAPG but do have a number of milk glass salvers in my collection and a few of then here on my page.
