Could anyone help me identify this large old ship? It has no identifying marks. It looks like it could be handcarved. The sail is a lightweight canvas that has been handstitched. Thanks for your thoughts.

Have you looked closely with a loupe ALL OVER that piece to see if it is signed? It would be suprising for it not to be ~ carving those waves would take real talent, methinks.
