This is a nice find for which my mom paid a quarter. Hallmark english sterling silver open salt. I love a set of 4. Until then, this lone one will do I guess.

Ive got 3 salt cellars from England that i will post sooner or later, very nice condition compared to mine, almost looks polished but i dont doubt it isnt.
Btw mine are lined with cobalt glass too!

Beautiful! I love silver with blue, green, and pink glass the best. It brings out the colors most def.! Thanks for sharing!
What do you polish it with? Cleaning can decrease value, i just wipe mine with a wet clothe and some soap and rinse now and then.
I use gorham silver polish once every three years approxiamately. I just wipe with a microfiber cloth most of the time while wearing latex free gloves.
