    These are a couple things I picked up out of the dirt in the family barn a few years back. The evil looking spiked item I believe is a bull nose ring. The two ball ends went in the nostrils and the two halves pivot to pinch when a lead rope is pulled. The other is a piece of antique harness hardware I think.
