Here is a candlestick phone made by Western Electric. This is working at my house on my land line. The guts had to be changed for it to work. It is on my desk ,mainly for show did I mentioned it is a rotary phone. I have a picture with the old phone and the new technology, the Droid phone. How technology, in such a short time, has changed the way we do things. Soon the payphones will be obsolete along with land lines. The new phones will make cameras obsolete. It is amazing how the super highway is already expanding. How will it be !!! Enjoy the ride.
