This is a banner from the City of Chicago commemorating the 2010 Stanley Cup Champion, Chicago Blackhawks.
This mini-banner was actually hung in the city after the Hawks win. Notice Mayor Daley noted at top.
Banner was won at auction from the City of Chicago and framed, no thumbtack holes in this baby.
