This rainbow art glass vase stands 10" high, has a 3 1/2" base diameter and 2 3/4" top diameter. The top rim is ground and polished and shows evidence of gold enamel, mostly gone. The enameling on the front is heavy and well done. The last photo shows the acid etched two line mark which appears to me to be Moser / Karlsbad. Two cranberry colored bands are separated by a wide yellow and a narrow blue band. Testing under a UV light gives a silver-blue fluorescence as I'd expect from flint glass (or lead containing glass). Is it Moser?
