Hi
I've kept the Tonka Truck pictured in my attic for some 20 years and would be interested to find out it's origin.
The model is approx 20" long and fixed onto a wooden plinth with perspex top. There is no inscription on the plinth.
Was this a promotional (could be Toy Fair) item and if so, how many were produced ?
I worked for Tonka during the mid 1980's but think the item dates further back.
Can anyone help ?
Thanks.
