this was my first real bmx racing bike that my parents bought me way back in the day when i was still in elementary school. almost all parts are original to the bike when it was first sold in 1979.
i recently picked this bike up from my parents house which has been stored in their garage for the past 28 years. it took me sometime to restore and find identical parts in new condition to make the bike look new again, i wanted to keep it just the way i had it during my youth.
all components are redline frame, jeff bottema forks, redline byron friday double clamp stem, redline stamped bars, redline 401 pinchless flight cranks, redline sprocket, redline seatpost, suntour seat clamp, dia compe mx-900 brakes, kashimax mx seat, kkt lightning pedals, oakley f-1 grips, carlisle aggressor MX front tire and tioga comp III rear.
