    Neighbor has had this for many years and there is no description on it that we can find. I did some Internet research and the only thing I am pretty sure of is that it is made of resin.
    Can anyone tell him about this? Origin, artist, value, etc..

      The lamp appears to be a modern product with minimal collector value.
