Please help me identify this floor lamp. I purchased it at an antique store in the city of Orange, Calif and fell in love with the art deco detail but cannot find any makers marks. It is made of heavy chrome and has a "saturn" design towards the top and the base lights up also.
Thanks,

Do you have another picture you can post. Maybe some closeups of the saturn piece as it looks like another piece I know of ??

It reminds me of some of the airplane ashtray stands that I have seen a rather similar piece. The originals were only made in Canada, but the repros started popping up in the late 90's then 2000's often with a piece similar to this in its highly deco styled base. Therefore your lamp may be a repro or a one of item, as I have never seen anything like it except for those ashtray bases which I have had some pictures of in the last while, but don't know where to send them to.
If your lamp is a repro, then it likely is very rare as its the only other piece with such a striking design as the saturn piece. And like I said before if this is a newly made lamp, then it is very rare, and many people would love to own this piece, as its quite unique.
