Vintage JFK 1969 Liberty Half Dollar

Found this at an estate sale.
This wall clock back board measures 16" x 16".
The coin face measures 13" x 13"in diameter and the "coin" itself stands one inch off of the 1/2" board. The "coin" circle back is made of a fiberglass material covered by a Plastic (?)material of John F. Kennedy's face on a Half Dollar Liberty coin dated 1969.
Does anyone know the value, who made them and when?
