A beautiful necklace! Try researching "opaline glass" for similar looking beads.

The beads are likely glass, tap them on your teeth. If they are plastic they will sound almost hollow and feel somewhat soft, glass will sound crisp and they will feel hard when you tap. Its hard to explain it I guess its something I have done for years, its second nature for me. Glass beads are often heavy as well. Hope this helps.
