I inherited this watch from my great uncle he was killed in the great earthquake in Alaska in 1964 I have no idea of its origin or what year just trying to find out about it thank you for all of your input the serial number seems to be 0142816

Hello, Cyberclops. I have almost the identical of this wristwatch. The only point of contention would appear to be the width and length of the watch itself. Mine is longer than it is wide, measuring approximately 4.5 cm by 2.10 cm, not including the stem. Does yours still run?
