I restored the windmill in 02. Built the tower and had a well drilled in order to have a working windmill. It is an aero motor,and was built between 1918, and 1933. The height is 40 feet.I put it to use each Christmas,and decorate it with a nativity scene.

    There is no fool like an old fool Loftbed,not really I wear a climbing belt and there is no way that I can fall.

    I love your windmill reminds me of the one my family owned. My father sold it in 1984, I called the guy that bought it & he is still using it to water cattle.It is 70+ years old.

    Thanks for the coments on the windmill, It has one bullet mark,this makes an authentic piece of history. As the hunter was leaving the hunting grounds empty handed,he some times took it out on a windmill with a shot or two.
