I have a old wooden Hula Popper type of lure that I know for sure was made prior to the year of 1947. The hardware might have been replaced more than once during the lure history. This lure might even been produced before the official Hula Popper went into full production. World War 2 played a big roll in fishing lure production during that conflict and this lure could have been the only ones avaliable at that time which I believe would be the case. This is a nice old lure, hand painted and measures around 3 inches long. What says you??
