I know it is from Italy

I am trying to find more information on this set. I know it came from Italy (my ex's grandmother is from Italy, and she gave it to me when she decided to move back to Italy). I have looked everywhere, but am unsure where I can look to check out the brand, etc. Can anyone help?

I think it may be Murano with gold plating.
