Don't know quite how old this is but guessin it might be from the 1940s. There were many different glass candy holders made during that time and to find one that still has the candy in it and is in perfect working order is pretty neat. There were dogs, cars, toy guns, trains and all kinds of glass candy holders back in that time period. Another piece my mother had held onto for some 50 years or so.
