Borzoi Dog ART DECO Porcelain Lady -British?Minton?

I love this Porcelain/Ceramic/Pottery Lady with the hat and her dog. I don't know what kind of dog this is,I believe it is a Borzoi,but I love the two together.She just looks like a classy English Woman.
I found one similiar on a website made by MINTON in the 1920's. And if there was a series of these with other dogs,I would love to collect them all, but I don't know where to begin or what to look for. There are no markings on the bottom. I don't know if this is Art Deco,or what era, I would love to buy a coat just like the one she is wearing. If anyone knew who she was,I would be delighted to know.Bottom has a drain hole,I see no numbers or letters incised.Or could this be Royal Doulton?Thank You
