Will add more photo's soon,I have looked for marks have not found any. My Question is-Would you call it a vase?

Loetz (I suspect) in a Creta papillon decor. I believe this form was considered more of a water sprinkler than vase because the mouth is form such that it has its own pour spout.

    'Persian Rose Water Pourer/Sprinkler/pot/vase.
"Loetz gooseneck" gets lots of similar images too on Google!

It looks like a goose being force-fed: 'le gavage'! But that's another story.
