This makes me happy and sad all at the same time. Reminds me of Cruella Deville, but at the same time--drug addiction or maybe a deep-rooted sadness (and I'm not sure why). Titled "The Makeover" and signed R. Donlan '99. Nothing comes up when I google it. Stunning colors in person, just can't decide where to hang it!
Found reference to an artist local to this region, so I am on the hunt for examples of his work now!
