Victorian Button Back Nursing Chair with turned legs and ceramic castors.

This is one of my favourite pieces it is so comfy to sit in a bit low but it was supposed to be.

    I believe that chairs this low were called "Slipper" chairs used for the purpose of changing shoes without breaking your back.
