This two items belong to the HARMONY series, which was usually found in clear glass. I guess the ones produced in clear glass were made first and a couple of years later they made a variation showing the blue/green/yellow colour swirls.
It seems that the bowl, that uses yellow and orange/red glass, is a protoype for a never in production variation of this series.
