I found the two airplanes with base in Lille ( France ) at a huge antique market, they are from the 1930's. the one with the marble base is a frame.
I have no idea from where they were produced but they have a great look

    Nice planes thanks for sharing.

    The one on the right is a P-38 and looks like it is a piece of WW2 trench art.

    Is it cast aluminum? The "spinning props" are probably plexiglass.

    I think that the base is a replacement and it most likely originally sat on a shell base.

    It is WW2 trench art-- the canopy shows better detailing than is normally seen.
